The 360-Degree Assessment

We offer via phone intercepts a 360-degree assessment helping the client understand five factors that will drive their coaching engagement’s focus: 1) What the executive is doing as a leader and communicator that is effective, 2) What the executive is doing as a leader that isn’t as effective,; 3) The impact of ineffectiveness on those around them; 4) What might happen if the client doesn’t take action; 5) The potential if the client takes action via coaching.
