Executive coaching offers many benefits: To the leader, executive or manager being coached (the coaching client), to their organization, and to their teams or groups. (I like to think of them as the leader’s “followers.”)
Here’s a link to an article by Gretchen Gavett in the Harvard Business Review. I believe these quotes are still true, if one were to substitute the titles ‘executive,’ ‘leader,’ or even ‘manager,’ for the term “CEO.”
